User Accounts: Upon registering with PayZila, users are assigned an account that records all their activities on the platform. This account is the gateway to accessing all services provided by PayZila.
Digital Asset Trading: Users can initiate digital asset trades via PayZila, leveraging the various assets available in their accounts.
Deposits and Withdrawals: Users can transfer digital assets to and from their accounts, facilitating smooth deposit and withdrawal operations.
Trading Status Updates: Users must confirm their trading status through PayZila’s procedures, making the instructions final and binding. PayZila executes these instructions based on its operational timeline. Any disputes or losses arising from delays in amending or confirming transaction statuses are the user’s responsibility.
Transmission of Trading Instructions: PayZila acts as a facilitator, transmitting users’ trading instructions. The platform itself does not participate in transactions as a buyer or seller, nor does it handle legal tender deposits or withdrawals.
Transaction Inquiry: PayZila diligently records all user operations. Users can access and review their transaction records in real-time through their accounts.
Transaction Security Settings: To enhance security, PayZila may adjust transaction-related settings, such as limits and times. Users acknowledge that these measures, while enhancing security, may occasionally cause minor inconveniences during trading.
System Failures: In the event of a system error, PayZila will correct the error, regardless of whether it benefits the platform or users. If a user receives more digital assets than entitled due to such an error, PayZila will rectify the transaction. The user must return the overcharged assets or comply with the platform’s instructions.

Submission of Entrustment: After understanding the trading information, users can enter and submit their transaction details. PayZila will automatically match transactions when the entrusted prices meet the market conditions, without prior notification to the user.
Inquiry of Transaction Details Users can view their transaction records through their accounts.
Revocation or Amendment of Entrustment: Users can revoke or amend their transaction entrustments at any time before the completion of the transaction matching process.
Modification of Services: PayZila reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate some or all of its services due to legal requirements, the protection of legitimate interests, changes in trading rules, or other justified reasons. Any such changes will be announced on the platform.
Notice of Modifications: Any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of services will be announced by PayZila, with the effective date specified in the announcement.
Payment Service Providers: At PayZila, we collaborate with a network of authorized service providers, including payment service providers, liquidity providers, and market makers, to facilitate seamless fiat-to-digital asset exchanges, referred to as "Fiat Services."
Exchange Service Providers: These Exchange Service Providers exclusively handle the Fiat Services on our platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient conversion between fiat and digital assets.
Platform's Obligations: It's important to note that PayZila does not hold any direct obligations or responsibilities regarding the Fiat Services. These services are regulated by the specific terms and conditions established by the Exchange Service Providers in their respective jurisdictions.
Platform's Rights: PayZila reserves the right to take necessary actions, including suspension, restriction, or other measures concerning the Fiat Services if users breach this Agreement or any other platform-implemented terms and conditions.
Responsibility for Account and Password Security: The security of your account and password is paramount. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts. Creating a strong password that adheres to platform guidelines is essential. Avoid obvious choices and never share your account details with others. Similarly, do not use anyone else's account or password.
Reporting Unauthorized Use: If you suspect unauthorized use or any fraudulent activity involving your account, promptly notify PayZila. While we will take swift action upon receiving such notification, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred before the action is taken.
Suspension of Services for Security Reasons: For security reasons, PayZila may temporarily suspend or restrict your account access. We will inform you as soon as possible, and normal access will be restored after resolving the security concerns.
